A talk with the legendary Italian designer.
In spite of his Italian heritage, in a conversation with our associate editor Antonina Jerzejczak, designer Roberto Cavalli said that it was Americans—not Europeans—who were more open to buying his more outlandish designs, deeming them courageous.
The designer—known for his affinity for animal prints and a sexy, swaggering aesthetic—also mused on his favorite piece of clothing, the similarities between men and women (when it comes to style), and why what a man wears on his downtime is so damn important. Watch the video, above, for more.
